We issued a Ukrainian biometric passport for our son. We contacted the GrandMir travel agency, sorted out the issue quickly, we didn’t have to dangle several times across the border, this scared me the most! Only a couple of times they went out because without the presence of a person they cannot draw up documents for him. But the company provided its own transport, so everything went without noise and dust)) They work smoothly and immediately specified the full list of documents that will be needed during registration. A specific day was appointed for departure to Ukraine, when everything was already prepared. I liked everything very much, especially the punctuality in every detail, they will chew it to the bone, as they say)) Through the finished passport, we already had it!
