Do not use this travel agency

Never again will I use this company! We got on the tour by chance - we were going on another tour with another company, but the group did not fill up, and we were offered a replacement with the Galicia tour. This is the worst tour organization I have ever been on. Instead of a bus, a "minibus" type minibus was provided. Our last four seats were located under the ceiling of the car above the trunk. Instead of admiring the views of the Carpathians through the window, we were forced to look at the ceiling of the car or the back of the guide's head. Plus, the guide was absolutely inaudible - she was constantly broadcasting something barely audible into the microphone, despising requests to speak louder. The hotel in which we were settled in Mukachevo is a horror. After the scandal, the third time we moved to a room with a cracked toilet, a dirty leaking shower, fungus on the walls, but at least decent beds. Moreover, we sought to change the number ourselves - without the participation of the accompanying group, although in the info sheet from Galicia the tour we had was clearly indicated not at all the number that we were sold. The tour was very strange - it included the valley of daffodils, which on the first of May still practically do not bloom, and Uzhgorod on Monday, although the castle is a day off on this day, and the sakuras have almost faded, and there is nothing else to look at. I would not recommend this company to anyone, it is a waste of time and money.
