NEVER WORK WITH THE TOUR OPERATOR 'VIP CRUISE UKRAINE'!

It was last year - our tourists looked after an interesting cruise from the USA to Spain, 2 families. We were led by the manager of the operator - Evgenia Doroshek (by the way, then she became the director).

At first, everything was rosy and competent, our manager in the person of Evgenia patiently answered all even the simplest questions. To our question about penalties SPECIFICALLY for our cruise, we received a SPECIFIC answer with the date of cancellation of the tour without penalties.

The fun started later.

One of the families was denied a visa (also Zhenya's "qualified" help). We had to cancel both cruises BEFORE THE DATE ANNOUNCED BY THE MANAGER.

We were in for a surprise - it turned out that our tour has other fines and we lose 60% OF THE COST OF THE TOURS! After that, we were stubbornly ignored, pointing to the agency agreement, referring to the Moscow office, playing for time, saying that they could not change anything and that it was the cruise company that had set such fines, and the correspondence with the manager, where there were exact cancellation dates without fines, was not into account.

The most offensive was that the website of the cruise company indicated that our cruise was NOT subject to fines, other cruise operators also confirmed our words, but VIP Cruises stood their ground.

They simply pocketed the money of our tourists, which we subsequently reimbursed from our own pocket.

VIP Cruise reminds us of the SHARASHKIN OFFICE, which does not value partnership, reputation, in short, it is an operator that cannot be trusted and cannot be worked with.
