We departed from Cherkassy on a good, relatively new bus, the director of the company was traveling with us, he was quite attentive. Upon reaching Smela, it turned out that 2 people. not enough, their girls did not warn that the check-out time was moved from 20.00 to 18.00 (they were all waiting for an hour, and the state of the people who were catching up can be understood). Upon arrival, it turned out that having paid for an improved room, the child and I were accommodated in the economy (it's good that there were receipts and a contract). After 15 hours of driving, I had to get my way. We were taken home by an old Mercedes, small, narrow, with a rattling fan, the air conditioner was constantly turned off, (the main thing is not to suffocate) it stank in the cabin (16 hours away). The director reduced his task to advertising his tours. The promised stop for lunch was made in such a creepy place that only a suicide would eat, the child was hungry. Yes, and they stopped only in those places (cafes, bazaars) where the director was fed)). Throughout the journey, he calmed disgruntled customers who complained to him by phone..
