We went to St. Petersburg for the May holidays - the impressions from the organization of the trip are only negative: instead of 24 hours. We drove 32, while no one explained anything. Sanitary stops were often in open fields or near stinking outdoor amenities.
The managers are unprofessional, the terms of the contract were not fulfilled: settlements of 4.5 people. instead of 2, and only for two nights, and on the third they offered to settle in a cell at the monastery for 10 people with amenities on the floor. An appeal to the director to resolve the issue constructively and find another place to live was ineffective - they ran into outright rudeness and rudeness!? As a result, two excursions were not provided at all, the mood was spoiled, the holiday was not a success. I NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE to contact "From edge to edge"!!!!!!
