Went on a tour of Istanbul and Cappadocia. It's just a money scam. Hotels are the worst. The fact that there was no internet in every hotel is a different story. But the fact that there was ONE outlet !!! The room is just awful! My girlfriend and I had to freeze our phones and camera one by one.
The person from the travel agency who was with us on the tour does not know English. Just zero. When transplanting, I had to help with English.
We changed the tour program - a day less in Istanbul, and departure from Cappadocia 5 hours earlier, in the middle of the night. He asked to revise our payment in order to somehow compensate for the cost of the tour - no response.
I call it a direct divorce and a scam for money - because what is written in their tour is not fulfilled by a direct word, and the money is not returned. I will write about them everywhere so that no one in any case contacted this travel agency and regretted their money and nerves.
