The best travel agency in Kharkov

I use the services of a travel agency from the first day of its existence to this day. Half of my friends have already stopped going to other tours. agencies and immediately go to Larisa Anatolyevna. Tea and coffee is nonsense, but the fact that they always have a copy of my international passport, and the fact that Larisa Anatolyevna literally knows by heart all the hotels I have ever been to (and there were quite a few of them) and each time offers something, even a little bit, but definitely better than all the previous ones - it's worth a lot. This means that the impressions from the rest will be positive in any case.

They always tell the honest truth about hotels. If I choose a bad hotel, they tell me: "Don't go there. It's bad there"

Very responsible and courteous customer service. Up to calls at 3 am for flight delay warning and assistance with finding lost luggage (which the travel agency has nothing to do with)

All the negativity written in previous reviews is complete nonsense. Most likely they are not written by tourists.

Now I travel more without the help of a tour. agencies, but sometimes I still turn to EVERYWHERE I WILL BE. I know for sure that they organize a great vacation here!
