We booked a ticket to the sea in advance so that there would be places closer, because the children are swayed. Made payment on 07/24/19. Departure 08/03/19 Places in the contract 5.6; 9.10.
They promised a comfortable bus for 25 people. It turned out that they went there by bus where there were no air conditioners and everything rattled. And the saddest thing is that in us the places turned out to be 35-36; 37-38. This is the very end.
No one called in advance and did not even warn that we were being taken by another travel agency. On the eve of Friday, I call them, but they do not pick up the phone, and then after 18.00 they answer that on Saturday, 2 hours before departure, they will tell me where to come. I was shocked….I do not recommend the All-Svyat tour – Poltava. They take money, they promise a lot, and the services for evaluation are only "-"
