The three of us went on a three-day bus tour with my sister and her friend to Bukovel with Vladotur. We were not satisfied with the organization of the trip and consider the organization to be unprofessional. In order:
1. Seats on the bus. I booked a trip 1.5 months in advance, spoke with the operators several times by phone and via viber. Each time I specifically focused on the fact that I was asking them to give us seats in the middle of the bus. Somewhere on the third time I was told that there was a postscript about the places in the first half. What is it like? Didn't you hear me, misunderstood me? Asked to change to the middle of the cabin. It seems to have changed. I was interested in the distribution of places, but each time I was told that they had not done it yet. As a result, upon the arrival of the bus, it turned out that we were given places in front, right behind the driver. Naturally, the maintainer is not in the know and cannot change anything. These places differ in that it is not possible to straighten the legs and they become numb. Sleep is almost impossible. We arrived in Bukovel and then in Kyiv tired, our knees hurt.
2. Wrote a claim in Viber. They answered me in the morning that yes, there is a postscript about places in the middle of the cabin, this is their jamb and they are ready to compensate 10% of the cost. Thank you for admitting your guilt, but it did not save me from the pain in my knees. I refused compensation. It would be better to write a review about the trip.
3. In the same answer, they motivated our landing in front with two arguments: the fact that there were three of us and the seats were more or less close only in this configuration, and the fact that these are almost VIP seats and people almost stand in line for them. The first is not true. There were other people on the bus who were three of us and they were able to seat them normally. In addition, in the middle of the cabin there was a free seat for a passenger who was picked up in Ternopil. So there was an opportunity to put us in the middle of the cabin. And we still didn't sit together. There was a guide between us. The second argument just smiled. I didn't see the line. The most inconvenient and unsafe seats on the bus. There are no fools.
4. The guide changed in the middle of the trip. Nothing critical, but this is the first time I meet.
5. The bus is a separate issue. Since they were sitting in front, they could see what was happening. The bus had problems with the clutch, the second gear was switched on every other time. On the way back, the bus broke down. They stood for about an hour. The driver, when asked what was happening, grunted that something was frozen. What can freeze half an hour after refueling at an incomprehensible gas station?
Bottom line: we will look for a tour operator with a more professional attitude to travel arrangements.
