Just returned from a mini vacation with my husband.
I want to share my impressions of the rest and organization of the tour to Bukovel (17.01-22.01)
1. Place of collection. Dorohozhychi. Along the road at the crosses. Not the most positive place. And you can't come in your own car, because there is nowhere to leave it.
The group escort (Pavel) arrived 30 minutes late. People were freezing on the street, maybe it was not clear what, how, where to whom, places, etc.
2. Road. The main problem is SMOKING in the bus by the drivers. Why should I breathe it and get poisoned? On requests not to smoke, because I am sick and sick, the reaction was negative. The driver ridiculed, turning everything into humor, and after the 3rd request, he said "I smoked and will smoke on the way back all night too, I'm out the window."
For me, the road there was hell. It was constantly nauseating.
I had to buy train tickets back (screenshot of the payment in the attachment) and stay for 1 more night in Yaseni (400 UAH per accommodation).
And this is another 1000 UAH of costs in total (from a taxi to the station), this is without taking into account meals in an additional day.
Also, a completely unacceptable moment - the second driver drank right on the bus on the way to Yasenya! And he arrived at the hotel already decently drunk. How is that at all? And if something happened to the first one, who would get behind the wheel?
This is another violation of the LAW!
As for music, I learned the whole chanson by heart. That's horrible))
I asked the guide of the group to discuss at least a refund for the return trip. This is 700 UAH for two according to the site.
Received a refusal. And the phrase "the question is not for me." Who, sorry? If he is a representative of Vladotur, then he must resolve all emerging issues both on travel and settlement.
3. Settlement. Lived in Lyon. There were 8 of us there (+ Pavel and drivers). 4 rooms are exactly the same. With a shower in the room, a settlement for two. Only my husband and I were charged 1750 for vouchers, and the rest lived for 1500. I asked the question "Why is that?quot; on the first day, Paul promised to find out. On the day of departure, she again asked the question, to which he said that it was not for him, that he could not do anything, that the rest were just lucky. But sorry, 500 UAH difference! Why are we losing them?
4. Road to Bukovel. Everything is ok, if not for the cold. We sat in the bus for an hour while the drivers warmed it up. Question: why didn’t they get up early and warm it up so that we don’t waste time and freeze? Some people eventually left on their own for Dragobrat. And we arrived at the mountain with a big delay.

6. Solving the problems of the Client: Pavel (accompanying) - a nice guy, positive. But! Your person should be not just an announcer of the routine and create a mood, but also a problem solver. And no one decided ours.
We lost 1500 UAH. On accommodation and on the way back, plus additional accommodation for the night (they couldn’t leave us in Lyon, they settled in the Golden Crown). Who should be responsible for this?
Bottom line: there is no more desire to travel with Vladotur.
The Company did not respond to my letters. Just ignore. Complete disrespect for the customer.
