The agency really liked it. They told us everything in detail and most importantly they were in touch with us during the rest. We flew to rest in Turkey at the Ozer Park hotel, tour operator Pegas. All without delays and other changes. →

Everything was arranged in the agency, friendly staff, they told everyone, answered questions, after the rest they called back and asked if everything was pleasant. →

We are completely satisfied with the agency, everything is fine with us. If you needed help, they helped. They work fine. In all agencies, basically, when you buy a ticket, they treat you a little better than later, but here the guys work well. And the representatives in Egypt got a little insolent, the guide didn't even take them to the airport, got off the bus on the road, didn't bring a stroller for a disabled child. →

Top notch service, well done girl! Everything was on time with the transfer, but the road back was very tired, the flight was at night, it was tiring, we flew with CORAL TRAVEL. →

Everything was fine in the agency, I have no complaints about them. Girl Svetlana designed everything well. I have very big complaints about the hotel itself. We had a TUI operator and they positioned the hotel in 4 stars, inspecting it in the month of April. But this hotel is not more than 2 stars. Very, very dissatisfied. From the side of the agency, everything was well designed and I liked everything, but the fact that they offered me this hotel, I don’t know what they were guided by. →

They helped to choose a suitable tour, did not impose unnecessary services, accompanied us on all issues, checked in for flights in a timely manner and answered all questions. →

This time I chose the tour myself, the agency just helped me arrange it and provided me with a package of documents. We had a flight rescheduled for 3 hours. But in general, everything is fine, no questions arose. Already on the spot, the hotel guides offered us excursions, but we did not take advantage of the offer, because the price was too high. Locals offered much cheaper and more interesting excursions. →
