ATTENTION throw on money

Be sure to READ this!!! In June 2014, we turned to the travel company VINTOUR-PLUS. What I liked about this company is the fact that in the city of Vinnitsa it is represented by more than one office (there are about five of them), plus it’s not the first year on the tourist market, and their staff is friendly. They thought that they had secured themselves from any kind of "KIDALOVO". Having chosen a tour, we successfully paid the money, signed all the papers and went to pack our bags. Before the trip, the travel agency employee gave all the necessary papers and wished a pleasant stay. A “pleasant” vacation began when, thousands of kilometers from home, in another country, at the reception of our hotel, we were denied accommodation, explaining that NOBODY PAID money for the room!!! On the phone, the person who identified herself as the general director said that it was all the fault of the tour operator, advised us to rest for our money, and on all controversial issues, upon arrival home, go to court. Thus, our holiday cost a lot of money, which VINTOUR-PLUS REFUSED TO REFUND.

Summing up, I want to say that if you still decide to risk your vacation and contact this office, then be sure that all the friendly smiles, pleasant voices and tempting discounts in one minute turn into cowardice and RESPONSIBILITY on the part of the management, as soon as you will face difficulties.

Money and the JEWISH NATURE of EARNING here are much higher than the reputation and pleasant rest of the client.
