The money has been paid in full. Time passed and the hotel refused to book. The travel agent offered to pay extra again ... The problem with the return of money, the company wanted me to cancel the contract at will. Then there is no refund. I categorically refused. A sweet, pleasant, smiling girl changed her attitude dramatically. After consulting with a lawyer, I wrote a fair application for a refund and sent it to the main office. Spoiled mood, additional expenses, but the money was returned due to the fact that he acted legally correctly. I do not recommend this company to anyone
