We bought a Christmas tour near Dikanka 2016 at the Wilmat travel agency. We left very positive impressions. The transfer and all excursions were exactly on schedule, even despite the not very favorable weather conditions (on the day of arrival it was t -20). The tour is very informative, the guides are excellent! I was in Poltava for the first time, I saw a lot and learned new and interesting things, I tried real Poltava dumplings! The living conditions were just super, we lived in the Aristocrat hotel. →

We went with the whole department and spent an unforgettable weekend in Poltava (3-day tour "Christmas near Dikanka"). The organization (Vilmat travel agency) was at the highest level: everything was organized in a short time, from finding a place to stay, to transfers, etc. (special thanks to manager Zimin Evgeny for answering all questions and prompt response to all emergency situations). →

Booked a New Year's tour to Dikanka. From the very beginning it was hard to "whack" the manager, he is also the director and owner (as it turned out) of the Wilmat travel agency. We lived in the hotel "Vivat Province", initially booked a double room with a double bed, eventually settled in a "single room with a shared room". That is, one sleeps on the bed, the other on the sofa bed. →

Review by Wilmat. We ordered a group tour for 35 people in central Ukraine: Poltava-Kharkov-Svyatogorsk-Poltava. I liked everything very much, especially the attention of the agency staff, as well as the ability to make decisions in emergency situations, it is immediately clear that the team is well-coordinated and has extensive experience. On the website of the agency http://travel.poltava.ua/ru/, ordered and paid for a combined tour of Poltava for 2 days. Manager Evgeny Zimin offered to stay at the Palazzo, besides, we were given the opportunity to check in early at 7 am and did not have to pay anything extra, and this turned out to be a nice addition to the tour. Comfortable transport and especially I want to note - a very competent woman guide Lyudmila Viktorovna, special thanks to her for interesting 2 days of excursions in Poltava and its environs. →

We were regular customers for 8 !!! years! but the last time, having purchased a tour to Vietnam, they received neither a tour, nor money, nor an apology for the service not provided. meeting, and before that they stubbornly did not want to talk to us on the phone. Then they really said that the travel agency does not owe us anything. DO NOT recommend !!!. →

Very good organization of the tour, for two days of the tour - maximum information and impressions about Poltava, Mirgorod, Gogolevo, Dikanka, Sorochintsy. Well done!!!!
