I left a request in this travel agency about tours to Egypt and Turkey. Almost nothing came under the stated budget. We wanted to fly out on August 24-27. And then on August 19, on Saturday, Tatyana calls me in the morning, as it turned out she is the director of the agency. And with a joyful voice he announces that literally last night one of the tour operators threw out last-minute tours to Egypt in 4-5 * hotels at a price of 700-750 USD for 7 nights, for two for all inclusive and departures just on August 25,26,27 .

I look through hotels - very worthy options.

I called Tatyana, I ask you to book a tour for us, and issue an invoice for payment in the bank. And then the most interesting thing began: it turns out that the settlement in this company is only in cash or by transfer to a regular card. Tatyana scares me with some kind of terrible commission and this justifies the lack of an account with the company. I certainly had my doubts. I ask Tatyana to send me a standard contract and say that after viewing it, I am ready to pay in cash.

At this time, I myself decide to check whether such tours really exist. I call a company with a good reputation, and they tell me that there are no flights at all for these dates.

Well, I think maybe something was overlooked. I called directly the tour operator from which they tried to sell me these tours. And the next flight tickets are available only on August 28. I ask that if there were seats on the plane, how much would the tour that I was offered for 730 USD to a specific hotel cost? The answer struck - 1280 USD. And there were no lower prices.

I call Tatyana back, without giving me a word to say, she is already leaving the topic - they say, I am now checking whether these tours still exist, otherwise they are so good that they could immediately be sold out. I ask how she will explain that there are no flights for these dates at all!

And then this madam broke through, yelling into the phone that she doesn’t work with such clients at all, that it seems to me that they want to deceive me everywhere, that she is not going to talk to me anymore and hangs up.

And the next day I receive a letter "Happy journey" in the mail.

I have learned the following lessons for myself:

1. There are no last-minute tours in August.

2. Any self-respecting company has a current account where money is transferred under the terms of the contract.

3. It is better to check with the tour operator if the tour you are buying is generally in nature.

It will be interesting to hear the feedback, maybe they also tried to divorce someone like that, or maybe they divorced ....
