May rest and road to Bulgaria

For the last 5 years we have been resting at various resorts in Bulgaria. We perfectly imagine what you can expect from the road and the host hotels.

This year (2012) from April 29, we rested on Golden Sands for 12 days

Bulgaria is a wonderful country and everything has always been a great success. But, alas, this time the rest was not so pleasant. We can’t say anything bad about the rest itself, but the journey to the resort and back was terrifying.

Firstly, the bus went on a completely different route than was stipulated in the contract, throwing a circle of about 180-200 km.

Secondly, there were many representatives of various travel agencies of Ukraine (Kharkiv, Dnepropetrovsk, Luhansk, Zaporozhye, Odessa) on the bus who drank and behaved ugly all the way back and forth (it is clear why we are so disliked in other countries).

Thirdly, the managers of the travel agency "Valen-tour" in Nikolaev, who introduced themselves as regional representatives of the tour operator "WELT", especially distinguished themselves. On their initiative, the entire group from the bus (which is about 50 people) was dropped off near the Nikolaev Hotel, and they (4 people) left with the bus for more than 2.5 hours. Where the bus was and what happened to it, only the managers of Valen-Tour know. On the way back from Bulgaria, the same story repeated itself.

Apparently, the managers of the travel company "Valen-tour" solved their personal problems at the expense of the entire group of tourists. It would be possible to add a photo of this orgy to the review, but we will regret the readers.

As a result:

1. The bus was late by 5 hours in each direction of the journey;

2. The mood is spoiled, and some of the tourists are late for the scheduled trains.

RESULT - when planning a vacation - BEWARE OF THE TOUR AGENCY "VALEN-TOUR" Nikolaev!
