FOP Antonenko had a relationship with "Let's go with us" for a long time, she owes them money. Now Elena works separately. I learned this while trying to file a complaint against her "Let's go with us" (I want to note that this company worked quickly and efficiently). FOP Antonenko turned out to be deceiving everyone.
We bought a tour from her in September 2017. I didn’t issue documents before departure, I couldn’t confirm the reservation, TC BAZA AFTER 18:00 does not work !!! The contract was with Anex. We flew away from Joinup a day later. Documents issued at lunchtime on the day of departure. We paid extra for a late flight back 30 ye. While they were trying to get their documents, she hung up and ignored.
Now we are trying to get back our 30 ye. Antonenko promises to “find/decide/return tomorrow”. He snorts that 30 ye is not money, but we would not have been sold the tour without them.
I don't even recommend this office at all.
