We bought a tour to Turkey at the VIVA-TOUR agency, everything was super, the vacation.com website let us down, as it displayed information that the tour was up-to-date, but when we started ordering it and wanted to pay, we saw that the plane ticket only one on the way back, but two were needed. The whole next week we were choosing, looking at other options, already immediately paying attention to the fact that plane tickets were available. I can give the agency 20 out of 10, because the manager is great. I contacted this agency for the first time and I was pleasantly shocked by how they treated me as a client.
