I was dissatisfied with the work done by this travel agency. When we chose a tour, we wanted to check into a specific hotel and no other. Our wishes were taken into account only in words, but in fact they removed the reservation from the selected hotel the day before our departure and did not tell us anything. It was a very unpleasant moment, especially since we were with children. They were tired of the flight, and we had another 2 hours to solve the problem with the hotel.
