They bought a tour to Egypt from them. We were not satisfied with the rest. The flight was initially delayed for 3 hours when flying to Egypt, the return trip was delayed for 6 hours. The first time we were told that the plane broke down, and the second time we were told that the plane broke down and we were flying with another airline.
