There was a good quality of service in the agency. From several proposed hotels, we chose one that best suited our preferences, and even in terms of price / quality. Basically, what you choose is what you get. Everything went great and no complaints. We didn’t have any delays or reschedules, the transfer was normal. We were offered excursions, but this time we did not use them, as we had previously visited those that could be used. On the tour, of course, not all services corresponded to reality, since the concept of the hotel did not match.
