We chose this company because it is large and somehow inspired confidence. Everything was good and nice, we chose a hotel, a room, paid, we were told to wait for confirmation. Then it turned out that this number does not exist, but there is one with a smaller track, and the rest is the same, but allegedly they cannot show the photo. We agreed. And having arrived afigeli - the size of a dog kennel. Claims can be submitted within 48 hours. We did not have time, because on the first day the hotel settled us in another room (of the same plan as we chose at the beginning), like ours is still busy. And when they moved, the time for claims expired. There was no communication with the operator via viber, as we were promised, because it was problematic to catch Wi-Fi somewhere. We decided not to spoil the rest for ourselves, we reconciled ourselves, the country is beautiful, there was something to do. But I had to forget about comfort (the shower was leaking, there were 2 * 2 places, there was nowhere to dry things). We decided to come back and share our impressions with the operator. Arriving and telling everything to the girl, the operator received an answer - I took the word of the partners, I did not know. Why don't you see where you're sending people? All this time, an interrupting, rude employee with shouts interfered in our conversation - what did you want for that kind of money? $890 tour cost is a trifle for them! The operator girl herself pretended to be innocent and shrugged her shoulders. We understand that we ourselves did not insist and did not request a photo of the room, what they sold us, and that it is too late with claims. We just came to share our impressions, because we are not the only ones who can get into this situation. But such rudeness in response was not expected.

Apparently this travel agency just to evaporate and still care about their reputation!!!
