We came to the agency, said which hotel we want, bought a tour and that's it. I found this hotel by accident on the map, I thought that this is what you need for children - a lot of slides, so we went to Jaz Aquaviva Makadi Bay. The girls in the agency worked quickly and accurately. There was some kind of mechanical error in the documents, they quickly corrected everything, printed it out, informed us what and how, where the guide would meet us, i.e. provided all the information and more.
