After last year's incident, we decided to use the services of this company again this year, as the manager called back and inquired about the incident, and also promised safe next trips. And she kept her word! For which we are very grateful! Firstly, travel cards were handed out in colorful branded envelopes (unlike paper scraps from another company with which they shared transport). Secondly, they called back about the departure of the bus back and forth.
By coincidence, we were driven again by the same drivers. How we were surprised by their politeness! They even helped to get the bags from the luggage compartment and wished you a pleasant stay!
On the way back, there were also polite drivers with humor.
They know how to work with their colleagues and clients! For which we are very grateful to the head of the travel agency "Bonus Tour" in Poltava!. We wish her health and prosperity!
