We were not satisfied with the organization of our tour by the tour operator 'Berta'

Finally got time to write a review. If I could write right after the trip and describe all the impressions that overwhelmed me, then I would get a whole poem. And so I will try to briefly describe the significant disadvantages and "advantages of rest." We rested in Crimea at the end of August, at the beginning of September with the travel agency Berta, ordered the tour "Invitation to travel around the Crimea" - 11 days in Evpatoria, 7 excursions on their website exkurs-krim.ru

What can be said about the company's service, everything is so sad that it is hardly possible to describe!

Accommodation: The hotel has an old number of rooms. Terrible quality of cleaning, constant dust in the room, and a rolling field of hair, for 10 nights they never changed bed linen. Room cleaning could have been done more often. The air conditioner was unusable because its grate was terribly dirty, so much so that it's hard to imagine if something started up there or not. The temperature outside is 35-40 degrees. Terrible squeaky bed with protruding springs in a twin room. Very uncomfortable beds, did not sleep, but suffered. Bed linen with holes. There was no WiFi signal in the room, besides, I killed 3 cockroaches in the hallway. Chased after them with slippers.

Noise isolation - at times we heard noisy neighbors with children behind the wall. And given that we arrived tired after the trips and wanted to relax, it was infuriating. In the inner courtyard, which is already cramped, where hotel guests rest, there is still parking and in the evenings, when you wanted to breathe air and admire the stars, cars were noisy.

Meals: We fed at home, although I wanted more vegetables and fruits in the diet. Went on tour with a friend. And we pay a lot of attention to nutrition, more precisely diet. The dishes had a lot of mayonnaise and fried. In general, the extra 5 kg, we brought with us from the Crimea.

Service: on the tour itself, I didn’t like the fact that our guide changed depending on the trip. If one guide was normal and professional, then the other was generally incompetent in his work: both in knowledge and in the ability to organize a group. I would like the guide to unite the group into one team, after all we travel together for 10 days.

The whole impression was spoiled at the end when the cleaner tried to argue with us about the fact that we had to leave the room much earlier than the checkout time of 12:00. other people arrived, although we left at 11:40 and there were no earlier arrangements for an early check-out.

Crimea, of course, impressed us with its beauty, extraordinary nature, warm sea and interesting historical places. I want to return to Crimea again, but I definitely won’t use the services of the Berta tour operator

I usually do not share negative experiences, but cooperation with the tour operator "Berta" forced me.
