Our parents gave us a romantic trip to Egypt for the wedding. We found a ticket via the Internet, went to this travel agency, arranged everything, they told us everything, even the girl who works there was also in this hotel, she showed photos. I was very satisfied!)
BUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
We had a ticket from 31.07 to 7.08. we checked into the hotel on 1.08 at half past two in the morning, as our plane was late. They said that the hotel is 5 *, but when I went into the room - 3 * and no more! there is mold in the bathroom, the furniture is old, the hair in bed is long, burgundy)) the tiles are like in a hostel, ancient!
When the next day we went to the sea, I was shocked by the beauty!! and it didn't matter where to sleep. The food was very tasty, but even here there were some incidents. We were told at the travel agency that the hotel has 4 a la carte restaurants and each time we can go to dinner for free. when we got there, they said that I'm sorry, it's only for a fee! one restaurant was generally closed, so we ate only in the main restaurant!
The day before departure, I went to the guide to find out if the flight was postponed and at the same time asked when we would be evicted from the hotel, since at the reception we were told that we should check out at 12 noon on the 7th, and we had a flight on the 8th at 01.00! He told us that we can stay in the room until check out and we check out on the 8th!
We are happy, BUT...
On the 7th, we had breakfast, went to the pool, just returned to the room, were going to have lunch, then the phone in the room rings ... the manager from the reception yells from the receiver that it’s already 12.00 and we should already leave the room, there are other people to check in there, just hung up, already knocking on the door ..
In general, I packed my suitcases in 3 minutes, threw both wet and dry things all mixed up! We came to the reception, I filled out a card with a review there, the employee just threw it away!
for $ 40 he said that you can stay in another room until 5 pm. (We had a bus to the airport at 22.30)
The agency told us that they say what are you surprised about, these are international rules! And if I'm flying abroad for the first time and generally live in a hotel?? The people who were traveling with us to the airport from other hotels were warned at their agency that a late departure, you would be evicted and you could still pay extra money at home to stay in the hotel until the evening, and not the same amount as we were told at the reception! Oh, more!! we, as newlyweds, were promised some kind of gift, nothing like that, we were reminded at the reception at the settlement that we were newlyweds .... with words it all ended!
We will not go anywhere else with Coral Travel and we will not buy vouchers at the Butterfly travel agency!
