Spitting in the face of disabled athletes from the Honorary Worker of Tourism of Ukraine

The tour operator "Accord-tour" sent a group of disabled athletes to the Travel Company "BAMBA" in Odessa for the design of the bus tour "Tale of the East". already at the entrance to the company, the manager Oleg Khomitsky warned that his entire company was in touch 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Quality, service and safety are the main priorities of his company. we arranged the tour. but what kind of quality and service can we talk about when the bus was out of order and often broke down. During the tour, the partners of the Accord Tour managed to injure a disabled athlete. I'll be honest, not on purpose. however, ten days out of the thirteen days of the tour and the month after the end were ruined. the insurance did not cover the cast, medicines, or crutches, and I had to get out of the hospital on my own. Oleg Khomitsky immediately after this incident stopped the correspondence, when we asked him who the partners were? Later, our acquaintances told us that he was a former employee of Accord Tour. the moment of injury was seen by almost our entire group. Many people called us repeatedly and worried about us.. on this issue, I turned to the head of "BAMBA" honorary worker of tourism Bogolyuk V. N. he promised to sort it out in 2-3 days, but did not answer. but why would he. the main thing is that he shamefully took the agency fee from disabled athletes. Previously, we were usually given a discount of 8-10 percent, or travel agencies generally refused agency fees. in this case, this company simply did not give a damn about us. after the end of the tour, none of the employees of "BAMBA" even asked about the state of health. and this despite the fact that they knew that the injury was quite serious. I do not recommend the travel company "BAMBA" and I do not advise tourists to purchase tours from them.
