This company is highly advertised and is part of the "Last Minute Travel Agencies Network". tourists here buy tours for the "Bambarbia" promotion. our trip of disabled athletes has already been written about many times. yes, I confirm that everything that was I saw with my own eyes. "Accord-tour" sent us to this company, where the most important thing was simply to take money from tourists. I'm just surprised why the head of this company Bogolyuk V. N. received the title of Honorary Worker of Tourism of Ukraine. when you buy a tour here, you are warned that all questions and problems will be resolved. 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, all employees are in touch. employees of course, all this is on paper, but in reality the manager Oleg Khomitsky, by the way, in the past, an employee of the Accord Tour, after our tourist was injured, stopped correspondence and refused to name the company that conducted the tour, where the repeated champion of Ukraine was simply crippled and ten days of the tour and a month after was restricted in movement. agree that it all happened by chance. The insurance didn't cover the cast, medication, or crutches. everything was for their finances. the only thing was transport to the hospital, but in one direction. and I had to make my own way back. Head Bogolyuk V. N. promised to sort it out and give an answer in 2-3 days. but why does he need disabled athletes. the main thing is that, albeit shamefully, he received an agency fee from the disabled in full, and then he simply disregarded them. our friends, colleagues and acquaintances will no longer use the services of the BAMBA company. We do not recommend this to all tourists.
