I liked everything - I got more than I expected. Every six months I try to get out somewhere with my family, and of course, where is not an unimportant question. And my biggest problem is the staff of the travel agency or tour operator. It is very often gloomy - there is no time for you, or if you were not heard then your criteria were not taken into account (slide for children, from the sea ... etc.), or they simply forget about you. I came to the conclusion that it is often easier to look for yourself. But friends recommended the firm and decided that I had nothing to lose. I was pleasantly surprised by the promptness and professionalism. They understood me, told me, showed me and did it all quickly, help me find the optimal level of price and quality based on my criteria, which I repeat again - they heard. This is downright rare. Definitely will continue to use and recommend to friends. Adequacy is such a rare but pleasant phenomenon these days. I rarely write reviews, but I just couldn't resist doing this. I will definitely continue to draw in the future even if they form the route on their own. People really help.
