I will never use this company again!!!

When planning a family vacation in the Iron Port, we decided to use the services of this travel agency and purchased round-trip tickets. The bus arrived at the place of departure half an hour late, forcing all passengers to stand with their bags at +35 C. Anyway, we got to Lazurny normally. There, the bulk of the passengers were dropped off in their own boarding house "Aphrodite", and 6 people (including us) were transferred to a minibus and taken to the Iron Port. No one knew the exact time of departure on the return trip. Oriented approximately at 16.00 and promised to call back in a day. . . 5 days of rest flew by unnoticed. . . So without waiting for a call, they called back themselves. . . stunned. The driver replied that the bus really leaves in the evening, but from Lazurnoe, and he will pick us up in the morning, when he brings the next tourists, because "no one will go especially for you." But why didn't anyone warn us about this in advance ??? Neither indignation nor attempts to reach an agreement led to anything. Our already short vacation was reduced by another day. True, the hostess reassured us that they would provide us with a room and all the amenities in the Aphrodite, where we could wait for the bus to depart. By the way, we did not know until the last time what time they would pick us up from the Iron Port, and therefore we “sat on our bags”. Nobody bothered to call us back either - "call yourself." Further more. . . In "Aphrodite" the administrator showed us where to put things and offered to "wait on the veranda or take a walk to the sea." 6 hours, at +35C, with a child!!! After clarifying, for four of us with things, nevertheless, they allocated 1 room. A small stuffy room 2*2 m3, with a small window and no air conditioning (this is their junior suite, by the way). And even brought a sheet on a bare mattress. It was very hot to go to the sea, and there are no establishments in the nearest district at all, even a store was hardly found. Therefore, after spending half a day there with the child, we barely waited for the bus. The whole impression of a wonderful holiday was hopelessly spoiled. . . And, by the way, no one, even verbally (!), did not apologize for the current situation. "And what did you want for this money?quot; Sorry, we are not 100 UAH. paid for it, and almost 4000. It's not a service, it's just making money! I will never use this company again and would not recommend to anyone!!!
