We were pleasantly surprised by the service and responsibility of the employees. The travel agency is small, but they work conscientiously.
My classmate in 2010 went on their tour to Montenegro. There was not a big force majeure (the administration of the local hotel raised the cost without warning and demanded an additional payment from tourists for the conditions specified in the tour), so the travel agency paid the difference at its own expense and apologized to the group - in our time, honesty and decency among travel agencies are very rare.
Previously, they used their services in Ukraine, this year they tried a foreign tour - they were very satisfied, they did not disappoint.
