Terrible service

I agree with the previous review, boors work. We took tickets Kharkov-Kirillovka and back. The waybill contains the numbers of buses that follow this route, but the girl who sold the tickets warned that in any case she would call and tell the number of a particular bus. There was no call. The bus arrived with completely different numbers. They promised TV, air conditioning and even wi-fi. Of everything that was promised, there was a TV, but apart from the program "Gorodok" there was nothing else. So consider that there is no TV either. When leaving Kirillovka, the wrong "comfortable" bus again arrived, and belatedly. It turns out that our bus was heading in a completely different direction. When calling a mobile travel agency asking why the bus was late and what number it would be, the operator girl was rude and hung up, saying that she had no idea when she would arrive and the number would be like in the waybill. Thanks to her "HUGE", that after a few minutes she called back and informed the replacement of buses. I do not advise using the transport of this agency, and there is nothing to say about other services.
