We ordered travel by bus from Kharkov to Lazurnoye and back. Buses are disgusting! We traveled back and forth on different buses, but there were so many seats in both that the legs did not fit, and the ride was at least 13 hours! It is absolutely impossible for a person taller than 155 cm to ride!!!
On the way back we rode in a DAF bus number 73-23. The air conditioner did not work from the very beginning, the heat was 32 degrees ... Some of the passengers called the company, after which the drivers began to be rude and indignant. An hour after leaving Lazurnoye, the bus broke down altogether and we stood in the field for three (!!!) hours. Then they somehow wound up and barely moved all night (without air conditioning ...).
As a result, we arrived in Kharkov three hours late, missed the train, and the tickets were gone. Not a word of apology from the company, nor from the drivers!!! I do not recommend anyone to use the services of this travel agency, especially if the buses of the carrier "Panch Tour"!!!!
