unprofessionalism and rudeness

Dear tourists!

Never do business with Argo travel agency. Its director Vorotnikova Irina Nikolaevna is distinguished by rare unprofessionalism, boorish attitude towards the client and brazenly extorts money.

The scientific-practical conference in Slovakia in the period 17.02 - 28.02.2011 was organized very badly - problems with tickets and not knowing information about the route, the constant expectation of some tourists, not knowing the country of arrival and the location of excursion objects, incorrectly issued insurance that prevented injured tourists from receiving medical care.

The height of "professionalism" was the actions of the director of the travel agency on February 25, 2011, when, after an excursion to the Demanovskaya cave, 6 tourists (two of them children) were INTENTIONALLY LEFT WITHOUT WARNING in the mountains 10 km from the nearest settlement. The remarks of tourists on the bus that people remained in the forest were ignored, the phone of the representative of the travel agency was turned off. People left in the winter forest had to return to the hotel 16 km on hitches. When meeting at the hotel Vorotnikova I.N. refused to refund the money for the trip and did not even apologize to the tourists for their actions.

Friends, think carefully before using the services of this travel agency.
