The travel agency is disgusting, as it was written in the reviews above, you just have to go to their office and everything becomes clear. I have not seen more rude, uncouth and shameless managers, but since time was running out and other companies did not have dates for us, we had to use their services. So we ordered visas for Bulgaria and travel, the prices are good, but it’s better to overpay and leave quietly. Not only that, 1.5 hours before departure, we were informed that everything was being postponed and we were going in another 9 hours !!!!!! passengers did not bring visas. The drivers themselves are good, they drove calmly, they offered tea and coffee, but the bus was late for 2 hours back. It was tiring to wait, and that other people from other travel agencies were all taken away on time, and we all stood. . . .. In general, the impression is bad, partly from the rude staff of the company, they answered all questions reluctantly, with phrases like: what is not clear, right now I will answer that it is not clear that I am busy, which city do you want to go to, when we call then the visa will be clear !! ! as you don’t want to next time for your own money, what would you be rude to.
