So, like everything in this life, the vacation came unexpectedly, a week before it began, my wife and I decided that the only possible vacation for us was sunny Bulgaria. We decided to go to Sozopol and settled on the spot, so we only needed visas and moving from the tour company. Why did they turn to Apollon Travel - a large office in the center, the main direction is Bulgaria, they thought everything would be without problems ...

07/25/11 at lunchtime, the wife went to find out about the possibility of a trip on 08/3/11. for 10 days, she was kindly answered that there are no problems, any dates, good buses, there are places. already there are no places, there are only 2 places for 31.07.

it didn’t quite suit me, but time goes by, there’s no time to look, I paid. On July 28, the visa and travel documents were ready, I paid for the insurance and happily went to pack my suitcase, but...

29.07. they called and just said that the bus broke down, and the other bus was 2 seats less !!!))) and because. I paid last (although the seats are in the middle) - we are not going! It became interesting how the bus could be shorter by 2 seats, after a short negotiation, the girl hands the phone to another employee with the words - "He does not understand"

Who was this "other" I do not know, she began with a half-shout:

- "which is not clear, there was an error, you were signed up for the purchased seats. (the bus is already working) if you want, look for the possibility of a trip yourself, if not, maybe we can help with something."

in response to my attempts to find out how the employees of the company could make such a mistake, if they personally showed me the scheme of the bus with two free nests, where we were signed up, the “other” handed the phone over to Zorica, the owner herself. Apparently, to end the conversation, Zoritsa said that there was a mistake, they will try to solve it and call me back in an hour and a half.

Needless to say, an hour later I was already at the agency and an interesting picture met me - a well-dressed guy of 30-35 years old was sitting at Zoritsa’s table and informed her that his parents had paid for the hotel 5 * all inclusive, and today they called and said - there are no seats. Zoritsa asked him to come in in half an hour, with the words everything would be decided. It was my turn, I must say that they were not greeted friendly, the "other" was sitting with a "brick" face and did not pay attention to me even when I turned to her, she was only calm Zoritsa, she calmly reported that there is one seat in one bus, and another in another - the seats of the second driver, allegedly disguised as escorts. Of course, I’m not interested, I tried to say that these are their problems and I will come to the landing with tickets - this is what she was waiting for, the accent became more pronounced, feigned nervousness appeared, she threw the phone with the words: “Oh, so, I won’t do anything at all I'll refund the money and that's it."

because rest was in jeopardy, I had to switch to a whisper, I explained for a long time that it was EXACTLY they were advised to turn to, that they were the best, etc. Zoritsa personally took the magazine with the map of the bus and entered me in the places that already had marks, handed this magazine to an employee and told me to write out new tickets for me. The girl tried to remind that the seats were occupied, but Zoritsa was adamant))) - under my responsibility, I will decide everything!!!

All in all, let's go. 5 hours at customs is a fairy tale compared to the fact that in Romania the bus did break down and 2 hours 2 buses inhaled the colors of the Romanian hinterland.

the rest was a success, but there was still a way back))). to the Romanian-Ukrainian border everything was great, but the drivers thought that the Romanian customs officers should bring the documents in person, so 2 buses were missed and 1 hour was lost.
