Employees who work with people and should be those where at least they should try to provide information and at least speak politely to potential customers, probably do not even know the meaning of such words. And have no idea how to do it.
Dropping the phone with the words, "I can't talk to her. She speaks Ukrainian," was at least pathetic on the part of a seemingly adult woman. Especially, living in Ukraine, also in Chernivtsi!
Emotions after a minute of conversation ... a lot!
If you, dear employees, do not value customers so much, then why did you think such a job ?! There are many professions in which you will be closed in on yourself and your problems. Or get yourself a husband!
Of course! Hamley! There are not enough words to convey everything I felt from the phone call!
I hope that the management of this office is interested in the quality of services, if not, it is a pity for such a beautiful city as Chernivtsi and Ukraine as a whole!
