I was looking for a tour, stumbled upon this site and could not pass by, so as not to "thank" the "wonderful" company "Apollo Travel".

Apart from hospitable coffee and tea from the drivers, I can't say anything good about it. On the contrary - only bad.

1. Rude, incompetent, unfriendly and many more .. staff. During the paperwork, one of the employees had a scandal on her mobile phone with her mother for 30 minutes, accusing her of everything she could, in high tones and with terrible nerves. I have never heard or seen such a thing! (((((

2. Lost my photos and some documents that were submitted a month (!) Before the trip. Called the day before departure, shouted, said that I did not bring documents to carry in a hurry! There are no words. They didn't even apologize. It seems that no one even considered the option that it is not my fault!

3. Delayed departure for several hours. I sat hungry all day on suitcases (before the trip I did not want to fill the intestines).

Housing did not coincide with the agreement. There was no kettle, cutlery, table!

5. Drivers drove with terrible speed. I endured that stress.

6. Horror, which I do not want to mention, because it is bitter in the soul: when I believe, one of my companions did not find a place on the bus, that is, it was not on the lists! And there was a place for his child, but different! And I have something else. Some aunts were sitting in our places. And we were offered seats in different buses! Father and child in different buses! It's not human, I don't know what to call it at all ... it's just very bitter, painful, insulting ...

Although the sea was friendly. But the rest was spoiled by this "wonderful" company. Do not go there under any circumstances!

I forgot to add, if you suddenly dare to use its services: "friendly" accompanying "cute" to inform you before sending the bus that when you go back no one will wait for you and look for you in Bulgaria, if you get drunk there (((From such an opinion about its clients this firm.

In short, a firm for thumping, who do not care how they are treated. With children - in any case! I swear to you!
