I decided to contact this travel agency myself, only because it is a Bulgarian company. I was fine with the original price. But the one who wants cheaper plots more expensive. Living in Kyiv, I decided to apply in Chernivtsi, it was the first mistake and the last. If you don't want to ruin your vacation, don't use this company. Not correct, not accurate, not educated. During a personal appeal, I witnessed a repeated scandal related to the work of a travel agency. Within a month, I barely specified the price and dates. Either the bus runs on these dates, or it doesn’t. As a result, they settled in the wrong hotel in another city instead of 3 days 6 days of stay. The hotel in which they lived in Kiten did not correspond to 4 *, the owner of the Petko hotel (Kiten Beach hotel 4 *) did not follow what was happening in the hotel at all. Buffet is not discussed such service is not available anywhere. Since I was carrying a group of schoolchildren, naturally I scratched out compensation for the children (for ruining the rest of the children and my vacation). I would not recommend anyone to deal with this travel agency.
