On August 17, my family and I calmly go to sea, everything goes as usual, the hotel room must be vacated on August 18 by 12.00. For the whole day we went to the room from the room to pass the reception unnoticed is not possible. Nobody bothers us with calls or notes. Around 19.00, when the last transfer bus left the hotel, a phone call ... - you have an unpaid day. When we went down, we were told that only 10 days had been paid. And for the 11th you have to pay 100 levs = 52 euros = 520 hryvnias. Our contract and the voucher on which there are dates do not even want to look.

And in general, the manager is ready for a scandal, shouts, waves his arms, yells, although, believe me, we just solved the problem, not boiled over proving his rightness. We are on the phone, call the company. We contacted Zoritsa Blagoeva, she also paid only 10 days and she is not interested in what was written in the contract and voucher she issued. And she does not want to speak. You would see my wife's eyes at the payphone))). We returned to the reception, and if there is payment, I demanded a check for the paid day, the manager offered only a photocopy of a notebook from the notebook where they make notes))))). Well than not BREEDING. One writes for a day more than paying, the other waits until the evening takes a lot of money without giving any checks. By the way, Ms. Doritsa Blagoeva Prodanova is a Bulgarian herself and mostly sends to the Condor Hotel why not get additional bonuses. If you are interested, try it yourself. How did it all end?

I did not want litigation, so I refused to pay and did not demand a check. We arrived in Bulgaria by car, so we packed up and left that evening, the mood is debatable, the impressions are negative.

We were clients of various travel agencies, I will not advertise to anyone, but such an attitude and such as with "Apollo Travel" and Zoritsa Blagoeva Prodanova was not yet, a murky firm, it's good that there is someone else to turn to in Chernivtsi and I do not advise others. I am not the only one who holds this opinion when talking. By the way, once before interested in prices for the same hotel in Turkey - this company is more expensive.
