Terrible!!!! It doesn't get any worse!!!

Terrible travel agency!!! I do not recommend anyone to go there!!!

On November 26, 2015, I sent my wife and daughter Sharm El Sheikh to Egypt, to the Badawia Resort 3 * hotel (they chose it themselves on the recommendation of friends).

The hotel turned out to be terrible and dead.

They were placed in a room where plumbing does not work, the toilet is leaking, as well as dirty bed linen and towels, and besides, the room itself is dirty and completely unsanitary.

When this question was addressed to the local GUIDE (representative of the tour operator JoinUp), he refused to resolve the issue of relocation to a normal room, and his “help” consisted only in extorting money, so for a taxi ride, costing two US dollars, he asked for twenty Doll. USA (probably less markup on drugs).

After I applied to the LAST-MINUTE travel agency (where the tours were purchased, PP "Annira") with a request to resolve the issue of a normal device, namely at 13:00 on November 26, 2015 (a copy of the application is attached), nothing has changed. And only after repeated phone calls to the Travel Agency, at 8 pm on November 26, 2015, another guide, Misha, arrived at my relatives to resolve the issue of resettlement.

But it didn't end there so simply. The guide - Misha also refused to move them to another normal room, and to the proposal of my relatives to move them to a 4 * hotel with a surcharge, the guide - Misha agreed, but on the condition that they sign an act stating that they have no claims against the Tour Operator, in Otherwise, he refused to decide to improve living conditions, even for money.

In order not to completely spoil the vacation, they were forced to sign this act. Guide - Misha took money from them and promised to move to another hotel already on 11/28/2015.

So, this is not the end of the story.

I hope that the representative of the Tour Operator will still fulfill his promises.

But in any case, I do not advise using the services of this Tour Operator and this Travel Agency.
