13 days before the trip, we turned to Anna-tour. We were promised that everything would be done. And we can enjoy...

On the first day, we were offered a hotel by phone, indicating the cost for two for the entire period of 320 euros + 70 euros (visas). This is at the cost of the same hotel in Booking about 225 euros for the same period for two.

We agreed. The efficiency of the travel agency and the promise to have time to arrange everything bribed. We sent copies of passports of all pages to e-mail ...

But after that, all good things ended. All weekend we called the phone number to agree on the transfer of passports and money, signing the contract.

Nobody picked up the phone.

On Monday-Tuesday we continued to call. Once a woman picked up the phone and said that she was at the consulate, then she would call back ...

On Wednesday, June 18, when it was still possible to submit documents to the consulate for a visa (just 7 days), they answered our call for 3 days and said that they did not know, they were solving some issue, and if it was positive to decide, they say, the woman will go to the consulate to hand over our documents ...

I was very upset. If we had been directly told on Friday that they would try to make documents, but they did not guarantee, I would have made it safe and turned to several more travel agencies. And so the time has passed, and there is no result.

Extreme indignation.
