Good company, bad tours

Vacationing with my wife. Decided to go on March 8th. We were lucky with the weather, the sea was cool. A day later, we took excursions to saturate the rest with a maximum of impressions. Which they later regretted.

The operator ANEX TOUR offered trips, they told us beautifully. The price was affordable, although there were no competitors in the hotel and on the beach.

The first excursion on March 8 on a yacht. We waited 1.5 hours for everyone. Not 24 people arrived, as promised, but 36. We got bored, it was a bit crowded. All other inconveniences were due to an overabundance of people. They didn't stay for an hour. and two when swimming and diving. Lunch with seafood was after a specific queue and in limited quantities (2 shrimp in hand, there was no water and alcohol - as promised). We arrived at the port, everyone. those who were late in the morning were taken away first, but there was no bus for us. After half an hour of waiting, the bus arrived and we finally got home. They complained to the guide, saying that if this continues, we will cancel the rest of the excursions. He replied that the overlay turned out, this is the first time, this has not happened before. And we believed.

Then there was a good tour of Hurghada. An excellent individual excursion on ATVs. A trip to the Cleopatra hammam is not so hot.

Well, an individual trip to Cairo by plane was just HELL. Who made such a travel schedule?! Unclear. We were picked up from the hotel at 3.30 am, the plane flew back at 22.30 - they said the program: “do not watch it again” - you probably won’t have time to do everything, you will be satisfied !!! Arrived at 6.00 in Cairo, no one met - a little shock. After 15 minutes, some Arab came up, at first he said that the representative of the Anex tour would come, after 5 minutes he said that he was the representative, his name was AMUR. We went to the bus, drove away from the airport and stood on the highway until 9.00 (neither to eat nor drink, he took me to the toilet on the side of the highway in the city!?? - it's still early, everything is closed). We went to the Egyptian Museum - so-and-so. He says: now let's go!!! - a trip along the Nile - $ 30, or buy papyrus, or buy cotton. We are in no way, but he was upset. Then we went to the pyramids: he says - take a chariot for 30 dollars, okay - I give 100, he gives back 60 (ie, is it worth 40?!). I say: stop fooling around, we’ll take a walk, so he didn’t even get off the bus, didn’t say anything and didn’t start the pyramids (the entrance to one is included in the trip). 13.00 - EVERYTHING!!! We ate at some eatery and said: we are going to the airport - goodbye. I almost crushed him on the bus, I say that I have to sit at the airport for 7 hours, I paid for the rest at the hotel, instead of the beach for $ 590 I landed here and I will cuckoo in the waiting room. He finally took me to the mall for 1.5 hours - that's all he could do, there were no other excursion options

We arrived at the hotel, wrote a complaint. They promised to transfer to Kharkov and return part of the money, but nothing came home to the tour agency.

Therefore, I am writing this review: HOTEL IS DECENT,

DO NOT TAKE TRIPS WITH ANEX TOUR, TOTAL SCAM. JUST MAINTAIN THE MOOD, EVERYTHING THEY SAY IS A LIE.
