Anex-Tour company perfectly organized our holiday. All perfectly. But the guide Imat (+201273310101) at the Regina Resort & Aqua Park 4 * - Hurghada, Egypt, is a frank boor.
We arrived early in the morning (the plane arrived at 6-30 am). We were settled at 12 (we ourselves agreed at the reception). Guide Imat scheduled a meeting for the next morning and talked about his excursions and plans until lunch, spending a lot of our time on this. When we canceled his tours (which he sold for double the normal price), he became rude, threatened the police, and then completely ignored us. As a result, we had to solve all the issues ourselves at the reception.
We agreed to one tour. Sightseeing tour of Hurghada. It was a complete nightmare. From 8 am to 2 pm we were taken to their shops demanding to buy something (especially at the so-called "factory" of Nefertiti). Guide Oksana, who has been living and working in Hurghada for over 20 years, has been telling all this time how hard life is for her, and what a poor driver, she cannot even get married, give him money, because he is so poor .... No information, they brought it to the most remote areas (so that they do not run away, probably).
The hotel is recommended.
It is better not to mess with Anex-Tour and their guides.
