Anex-Tour company perfectly organized our holiday. All perfectly. But the guide Imat (+201273310101) at the Regina Resort & Aqua Park 4 * - Hurghada, Egypt, is a frank boor. We arrived early in the morning (the plane arrived at 6-30 am). We were settled at 12 (we ourselves agreed at the reception). Guide Imat scheduled a meeting for the next morning and talked about his excursions and plans until lunch, spending a lot of our time on this. →
Although the travel agency had not previously worked with this hotel, they quickly found it at my request, processed all the papers, insurance, flights, and all these moments worked flawlessly. Thank you for your work! → |
