unexpected 'surprises' and ruined New Year's Eve

We decided to go to the mountains in Transcarpathia for the New Year. We chose Anga Travel after reading the reviews.

Well, the confusion and terrible disorganization began even when paying for the tour, as they lost the receipt for payment, the cost changed, and so on.

When we arrived in Mukachevo, we had to wait 2 hours for the transfer, because the guide could not properly organize the collection of all tourists, and he generally told us that we could take a taxi and come ourselves. (and the transfer was included in the price)

When they did pick us up, they took us to the wrong hotel. To our indignation that we were already waiting and shaking in this fucking bus for 2 hours, the driver answered obscenely and that in general he was hired and our problems do not bother him.

Well, ok, we explained that we were in another place, and he reluctantly, but took us. A no less cool surprise was waiting on the spot: the forest fairy tale hotel was located on the top of a mountain, it was not possible to go down on your own without a car somewhere in civilization .... and as it turned out later, without a swearing driver - nowhere.

According to the plan of our tour, every day we had to have optional excursions or trips to the city (3-4 optional excursions per day). In fact, it turned out that the tour only provides for accommodation and some kind of food in the dining room, and if you really need the promised excursions - collect tourists yourself, persuade the only driver to take you somewhere and bargain with him about the fare, or go to hell .. ..

There were no promised entertainments, we had to look for our own activities, persuade the driver to take us somewhere, and listen to his complaints about us and about life.

On the fact of food, 3 breakfasts, lunches and dinners were paid. And we had to fight for them, because we missed dinner and breakfast on New Year's Eve and the next morning (since there was a banquet in the restaurant anyway), and in the dining room they seemed to be counted for us ... and we had to sit and calculate with the waiters and prove your rightness.

Oh yes, at the New Year's banquet, not all dishes were fresh, and we regretted eating them on the early New Year's morning

In general, the mood was spoiled completely and irrevocably.

Anga Travel did not organize a full-fledged declared vacation for us, but simply booked and paid for hotel accommodation.

As soon as the payment for the tour was credited to their account, they immediately forgot about us, it was impossible to get through to them, the phone simply did not rise.
