I really liked the Cleopatra Hotel in general, except for bed linen and bedspreads with terrible stains. As for the tour, we did not get the promised 4 seats, we were seated for a long time and were given the 3rd row. But on excursions and on the way back to Kyiv, these places were occupied by other people from Odessa, who categorically did not want to change with us, they say, these places were prescribed to them by Anga Travel. We drove to Kamenets bored without a TV all the way. Neither driver nor guide
Roman did not contribute to the leisure of tourists. Excursions were the same picture. Only when we were halfway to Kyiv, one of the tourists urged the driver to show his video library. The last 4 hours of the road went with a bang. The guide Maxim was always in a hurry, did not pay attention to the stragglers. We were with 4 and 12 year old children, but there was no discount for this. The excursion to Chernivtsi was scheduled for 9-30, we were 5 minutes late, but the bus left without us. Caught up with a taxi tour at their own expense. Not only did Maxim not offer to compensate us for the taxi ride, but he also did not apologize to us. Only with an impudent grin did he notice that we had been traveling for a long time. The next time I asked Maxim how long the bus was waiting for, he replied that no more than 2 minutes. With him, the rest turned into an obstacle race. Separately, his punctuality manifested itself at a dinner in Chernivtsi. We were waiting for him for 1.5 hours from 13:00 to 14:30. Maxim did not pre-arrange for our visit to the cafe and blamed everything on Sergey.
Good but hard excursion to the Crystal Cave. At the entrance, rubber boots, helmets and raincoats should be issued, but for some reason this is not the case. You constantly hit your head on stones, ruin your shoes and outerwear. It is stuffy in the cave, so it is reasonable to provide a changing room for people.
Guide Roman did not come on January 1 to see off tourists to Kyiv, the reason is not clear.
