I chose a weekend tour for a long time, and my attention was attracted by the Smachne Zakarpattya excursion tour, which was sold by Anga Travel. Before buying a tour from them, I naturally read reviews on this tour operator. There were approximately equal numbers of good and bad, I doubted for a long time, but nevertheless I decided to give the company a chance, and as it turned out, in vain! If you, like me, expect responsibility, concern for tourists and honesty from a tour operator, then you and Anga Travel are definitely not on your way !!! Everything seemed to start well, the manager Alina was kind (only at the beginning). Problems began even when transferring the advance for the tour. For some reason, the ATM wrote that the account was blocked. I contacted the manager, and they told me that they would find out the issue and call back, but no one called back :( As it turned out later, tourists in Anga Travel never call back in principle (maybe they save their money). Here, probably, the principle is this " you need it - you call. "By the way, no one answered all the questions that I asked electronically. With grief over the sexes, I paid for the tour. And, again, no one called back, did not confirm to confirm that the documents and money were received (I live in another city and everything had to be done remotely). But the most interesting began the day before departure. The tour started from Volovets, and everyone got to the gathering place on their own. We booked tickets, of course, in advance. Somewhere in two days, I wrote to Alina, asked to give the curator's phone number, to say where and who will meet us, and to tell us more about all the organizational issues. But no one answered me, however, as always! There was a day left before the departure, and I was already starting to worry, so I called back myself. Imagine my surprise when the manager, Alina, announced that our tour was cancelled. To my question "Why didn't they warn me", she said that she "was just going to call." Although it's been almost half a day and no one was going to call!!! Further more!!! I asked to return the money for the tour and compensation (from each ticket that I returned I was charged 29.50, although the same Alina was crucified on the phone that they were withdrawing 27 hryvnias. And it's not about this money, but about the fact that they constantly lied to me here, and I'm tired of it). The whole evening, Alina "hung noodles on my ears", telling me that they do not return compensation for tickets, and she discusses this issue with her superiors and will immediately call back. But, of course, I never received a call. The same Alina, swore she promised that tomorrow they would return the money for the tour, for sure !! And as always, a complete lie. The next day, no one returned the money to me, and Alina stated that the travel agency returns the money within 3 working days (although this was not indicated anywhere before, even in the contract. And in the same contract it was written that in the event of a tour failure, the tour the operator must warn the client 2 days in advance, which no one has done)!!! Then she continued to assure that the money would be transferred today, but I did not wait for them. I didn't even get an apology from them. I can say one thing - this is not the right operator, but scammers !!! If your nerves and money are dear to you - do not contact them NEVER! The vacation will be lost, and the money may not be counted!
