We went with Anga Travel to Bukovel ... the tour operator could not buy tickets in the compartment, and we were the whole group at 17h. we went in a reserved seat, but that's not all - they gave us tickets for the way back (already on the way to the railway) and there we are scattered throughout the train, some in the 2nd car, some at 10, 15, 17, 20 did not even bother to place families in one car ... the printout of the tickets shows that they were bought 2 weeks in advance, but they didn’t upset us or look for other options - they just issued tickets almost before the train ... what did we pay extra for on each ticket, for the reservation?

The bus could not stop by the accommodation house, at first they said - a lot of snow, when the snow melted, they said - there is nowhere to turn around, so why choose a house to stay that you can’t get to, but you need to go 100m downhill?

Guide Anga Travel (Victoria) took us to a proven equipment rental and we were given a super-duper discount, the equipment cost 160-170 UAH per person, in the office. box office Bukovel - 170! And until 8:30 in the morning - 130! So where's the discount? Or they just made money on us ...

Are you saying that the quality of equipment is better in “tested” equipment? The equipment was far from "C". The girl from the group - the mount on the ski came off, I have not seen this yet, it just stretched out half with screws from the ski, as she didn’t break her legs or cut herself with a piping - fortunately it passed, in the “tested” box office they said it was not correctly selected weight (well, you understand - nonsense), the money for the day of rental was returned, but while I went to change skis - the 3-hour ski pass burned down to almost zero, of course, no one compensated for 500 UAH.

The competence of the guide Anga Travel (Victoria) - they took us to the non-working 14th lift, the guide said - oh, it doesn’t work today, but worked yesterday, so on the Bukovel website it says that it starts working only from the 22nd! At least you need to learn how to read if you are carrying a group. We ask you to stop closer to the second one in order to buy ski passes in the morning (until 8:30), he says no! We are going again to the 14th! It turns out that the guide does not ride and does not know the map of the lifts, except where 14! Anga Travel everything is so bad with you - you take people who are completely far from winter sports as guides, and if someone breaks their leg while skiing, then your guide would just stand there and cry? Or what would you do?

As we organized for ourselves for the evening: vats, a bathhouse, and the trip could have been organized no worse, for which the money paid was 50 thousand ?.

I categorically do not recommend Anga Travel, there are a lot of other companies - find yourself more responsible, then you don’t have to write a review, because when it’s good, they don’t write reviews, they just thank you.
