The price offered by other travel agencies was lower by 4-6 thousand hryvnias in exactly the same hotels, the same number of days .. But after talking with Venus, she reminded us, but an internal flight! Here is the difference. Constantly answering clarifying questions, Venera assured that there would be an internal flight from Bangkok to Trat .. in the end, we calmed down and realized that we had already left money for the tour with her .. It turned out to be more expensive, we understood, but it would be 40 minutes of an internal flight, and do not shake in the bus until Waste 6 hours .. Although we thought it was worth saving) But the money was paid, we respect the code of honor .. work like Venus)) So she took full advantage of it. RESULT: Exactly three days before departure, when we could not do anything, we learn from Venus that there will be no domestic flight! Shock is putting it mildly. We begin to figure it out - Venus cries into the phone and says that she didn’t know anything (but at the same time, communicating by mail, sending us documents, she constantly confirmed the internal flight) and vows to reimburse the cost upon arrival .. the difference of 4-5 thousand, which came to us in the proposals from other tour operators. At the time of departure, we did not trust her so much that we were afraid that no one was waiting for us even starting from the Kyiv airport. She did not answer calls at all on the last day. Neither she nor her employee.

As a result of cooperation with Amina / Venera: for the payment of the tour .. we paid for a 4 * hotel of the first line with an internal flight, We received from Venus a transfer to a small 3 * hotel of the second line (to go to the beach). Fortunately, Koh Chang is, in principle, beauty and relaxation such that you forget about everything. But not thanks to Amina Tur.
